Simulation capabilities

Kuli model
One-dimensional component thermal performance predictions are based on in-house computer software and component wind tunnel testing. Vehicle thermal system performance simulations are performed using KULI® commercial computer software and vehicle wind tunnel test data.

Three-dimensional structural and fluid/thermal analyses are performed using state-of–the-art commercially available computer software. MSC® Finite-Element Analysis (FEA) software is used for structural analysis. FLUENT¨ Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software is available for multi-dimensional fluid/thermal computer simulations.

TitanX’s preferred 3D solid modeling CAD system is Catia V5®. TitanX is also able to provide native data for our customers in Pro/Engineer®, UniGraphics®, and C3P I-DEAS® when requested. Product life cycle goals are validated through the stringent application of Weibull analysis. TitanX has been applying these techniques for over 15 years and our database of laboratory and field data yields a very high accuracy in reliability analysis.
