Internal and external corrosion tests for cooling module components allow our products to meet the demands of internal and external environmental exposure. TitanX is able to perform ASTM B117 and ASTM G85-A3 SWAAT testing at its internal laboratories. At TitanX we also perform Environmental Temperature Cycling where heat exchangers are cycled between sub-zero and high ambient temperatures to simulate environmental temperature extremes. Testing can be carried out with a coolant mixture in the radiators and pressurization of the components.
